Hi

  We want to leave voice message to the user, want to leave same meesage to the users incase if the user picks up the phone or goes to answering machine. Requirement is call immediatly(not for schduing) thru programtically using API.
1. call immediatly, Is it possible?
2. Need to pass .csv file(which contains list of phone numbers to call) path as a paramter
3. also, is it possible to pass text message (will be voice message) as parameter .(Text-To-Speech Message).



 

 

 

Please help me to form url. 
i should not have "schduleonly" ( as want to call immediatly no schduling),parameter. also pass .csv file(which as numbers to call) as parameter.
i am plamming to use smart voice broad cost with text to speach option, same message as live person options. please help me out url
