Survo not recording whole message
  
 

i have below requirement:
i have to leave meessage to the user. want to leave smae message to the user eventhough the user picks up the phone or goes to voice mail.

i am looking for text speech message.
i have created survoId

It works fine, only problem am seeing is when it goes to voice mail and if the user has personal greeting ( ex. you have reached voice mail for XXX, pelae leave message iwll get back to you ASAP etcc), it is not recording complete message. it is truncating as it starts recording message when greeting is being payed actauly it should recrod message only after personal greeting is compelted.

Please help me how to set up survo to handle this.
