Booking Engine Integration

I'm not a developer but I do have an idea which I think will work, I just need some technical validation from experienced developers before I pursue it with more energy.

Q - Is it possible to pass data (e.g. arrival date, room type, # nights) from a web based app (e.g. accommodation booking engine) to the IVR, which then calls the property, plays back the captured data and asks the owner to select 1 to accept and 2 to decline ?

James,

This is definitely possible. Using our Text to Speech engine we can read dynamic values, accept input and report results.

So once we get the answer of 1 or 2, we can post it back to your booking engine so you can in real time update the stats, or email the user to let them know it has been accepted.
