Issue with user defined message
  
 

Hi ,

I'm trying to convey some message in the call using IfByPhone.But, i couldn't convey that message .Looks like i'm missing out something in the configuration .

Fyi,this is what i did before i could convey them


1.Advanced Services >Survo>edit>Created {message}.Please,find the screenshot for this.
2.Passing the user defined message in the code

You are using:
user_parameters=message%7C +"Hello how are you"

The quotes are throwing us off.  Please try the following:

user_parameters=message|Hello%20how%20are%20you

Krishna,

Now I see where the problem lies.  You are using schedule only, pointing us to a CSV file for the phone numbers.  Using this type of call, the CSV file must contain a column for message with the values associated for each number you want to call.

You can also use a different URL to place a call immediately.  In that case the URL change I suggested will work.
