I am new to this Survo Net API. I need to integrate  Survo Net API with my ASP.Net application by using Click-to-Survo option . please provide me sample application how to proceed further. what i need is , i need to call customer and ask the question if they press 1 , it should reply thank you for choosing our product . if they press 2 then it should some other message.

Hello.  The first thing you do is set up the Survo that will be handling the call flow.  In your case it sounds like you'll be set up like this:

Q1 (yes\no): Are you interested in our product? Yes->Q2, No->Q3

Q2 (prompt only): Thanks for choosing our product (->Q4)

Q3 (prompt only): Sorry you are not interested

Q4 (prompt ony): Thanks, bye

The -> indicate skipping questions based on the interaction.

Depending on why you are calling, you may want to insert auto-answering machine detection as the first question.

As for the click to Survo please refer to the documentation for specifics:

Basically you create a URL that includes information like your security key, the ID of the Survo (which can be found in Developer Tools\Building Block IDs), and the number to call, then hit it.

If you call into our success team, we can enable international calling. There will be termination charges depending on your carrier.  They can be from $.05-$.50 per minute.  You can also get a Skype # that will support this as well.

i  am getting the error that international call cannot be connected to this account.
i have create developer free account. let me know  how to activate the international calls.

I am a developer from india. I need to test application from india.  please help me
