Hello there. 
I love the product for sure.  However there needs to be more to choose from.

How do we make the click to call like this one here [the pop-over (up)] >>

Gus,  we do have sample code that would allow you to do a click to call similar to the one you mention.  It does require a developer to implement. 

IF you're interested please contact our support team and tell them you would like the AJAX Click To Call sample code.

If you want to see the ajax click to call in action, you can use one on the Ifbyphone home page. Keep in mind that you can customize the look and feel.
