Issue Regarding Possible Result of Call

Hello Guys.
I have used ifbyphone service in my ASP.Net application.
It's working fine except one thing.
As per document https://secure.ifbyphone.com/banners/Voice%20Broadcast%20guide.pdf the number of possible Result of Call are

1) Answered:
2) Answering Machine
3) Live Person
4) Answered and Hung Up
5) No Answer or Call Failed; max attempts reached
6) Busy signal; max attempts reached

But when i see in my report i have found unknown result like "Unable To Detect","Call Result Unknown".

May i know where can i get list of all possible result of call ?

Because if i place the document listed Result Of Call in my code condition, sometime i get unknown results as mentioned above.

Please help me out from the problem.

Thanks
Innodel
