Unable to load CSV file

Hi ,

I have integrated IFBYPHONE cilck-to-servo functionality in my application , if i am extracting the csv file data into a datatable and fetch number column data into a string builder then broadcasting works properly but if i integrating the csv file URL inside the broadcasting URL then it is throwing an exception.

When i used the same file to upload data from the IFBYPHONE site then phone numbers broadcasted successfully.

URL that is getting formed throgh code :

"http://secure.ifbyphone.com/click_to_xyz.php?app=cts&scheduleonly&survo_id=339321&key=d468af696a62664f13d3cc1cc890ad01a5bc34f5&type=2&sdate=2011-07-20 09:45&edate=2011-07-20 09:45&tz=Eastern&phone=http://localhost:2693/CallerWebsite/MyFiles/PhoneNumbers.csv&dstime=00:00&detime=23:59"

Exception is:

"Specified Broadcast CSV file is improperly formatted: missing 'number' column "
