Survo creation via api

Hi, my requirement is like , our client will be able to create a new prompt .As per my knowledge it requires to create a new Servo. Is it possible to that client can write his own prompt which can be used to create a new Servo using api ? if there is no such provision of creating servo using api (and not using website) , is there any other option that can work like the following option :

https://secure.ifbyphone.com/vome_widget_add.php?&acct=1234&pin=4321&scheduleonly&survo_id=890&key=foofoofoo&Y=2009&M=1&D=7&H=8&N=56&A=AM&timezone=Central&user_phone=7735550000&caller_name=The+Doctor&recipient_name=Ms.+Donna+Noble&message_text=It+is+time+for+your+next+visit.

this vome_widget_add.php api  could have been used as text to speech message but it is no longer supported.

Saurabh,

You cannot create a new prompt via API in a given survo. You can however, use a parameter in the prompt section i.e. {read_this}. When you call the Survo (either via NetGet or API you can specify the actual values for the TTS.
