hello Good to see you eveyone :)

Guys, Hello!!

I'm new to this forum but I thought you'd be the people who would know
about this. I want to get a iphone app developed. I've been getting
bids from programmers in eastern europe and india that seem low but i
don't know if they are worth it or if it will cause any issues to work
with someone who's a iphone or android app programmer in a totally
different country all together!!! So i started looking up local
developers and I saw this video that kind of surprised me:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KDGMp-6bYg  it says that an app can
run $50,000?!?!?! Is that the cost of a new kitchen and living room
remodel????

Anyways,,,, Does anyone here know any good programmers who are in
california that won't make me have to mortgage my house... again???
